adventure starts from the pick-up of your hotel, your guide will tell you the
options we have for cooking and you will have to choose an appetizer and a main course.

Ceviche / Pescado a la Chorrillana
Peruvian national dish "Ceviche", The most popular dish among
Peruvians! These are small pieces of raw fish marinated in fresh aromatic lima
juice, tender onions, sweet potato, corn, lettuce, with or without hot Andean
chilis. As a main course we have "Pescado a la Chorrillana", fried onions, tomatoes, chili
and bay leaf, add fish broth and then a fish fillet over low heat and it is
ready to eat.
Causa Rellena / Ají de Pollo
As an appetizer we will teach you how to prepare "Causa Rellena". Pureed organic yellow potatoes seasoned with lemon and yellow pepper filled with seasonal fresh vegetables (it is a soft dish). The main course is called "Aji de Pollo" consists of thin strips of chicken served with a creamy yellow and spicy sauce, made with yellow chili, cheese, milk and bread.
Papa Rellena / Lomo saltado
As
an appetizer we have our delicious
"Papa
Rellena"
made of mashed potatoes stuffed with meat or vegetables and quinoa. Once it is
fried, it is served with salsa criolla. As a main course we have "Lomo Saltado", sauteed with onion, tomato, yellow
pepper and more spices. It is served with french fries and rice.
Pimento
Relleno / Solterito
“Pimento Relleno”, Stuffed pepper, filled with fresh vegetables, quinoa and organic herbs from the north of the country. Then we are going to do together "Solterito" in English "Single men" with peas, beans, quinoa and olive oil.
After
your choice we will go to a local market located in the district
"Surquillo" (very close to Miraflores) and accompanied by our chef
you will be shown the great variety of fresh products that we have and we will
buy everything you need to prepare our delicious dishes.
After
the experience in the market we will go to Miraflores to our kitchen place.
There our chef will teach you all the ancestral and modern techniques of

In your blog, You have described everything about Peru and it's products in a well mannered. Once I tried to make aji de gallina, but during that time I was unable to get aji Amarillo paste.
